Stillness Manor Selects CiMSO Software Suite

Cape Town-based Stillness Manor selects INNkeeper, part of the CiMSO Rest Suite, as their digital solution. Stillness is part of the 10 property Touch Down management Group, using various CiMSO’s Software Suites to more effectively manage their establishment.

About Stillness

Stillness Manor, close to the world-famous Constantia vineyards, offers 13 spacious suites on 4 private acres of manicured gardens and a world-class spa. Renovations were undertaken in 2019 and concluded in early 2020 ushers in a new era of tasteful design and tranquillity for all guests. Interiors decorated with inexpensive fabrics and soft colours provide a fresh contrast with the opulent and vibrant greenery outside. Stillness Manor provides stunning views of False Bay, the Constantia Mountains and the rear of Table Mountain.

Each unit has its own mini-bar, tea & coffee making facilities, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The spa provides a sauna, steam room, indoor pool, wellness studio as well as touch, body and skincare therapies. The stunning restaurant provides a gastronomic dining experience for all occasions and includes a selection of wines from the surrounding vineyards.

Integrated CiMSO software

Stillness Manor uses CLIENTmanager to maintain their CDP – customer data platform – and to manage their CRM – client relations management. INNkeeper provides the PMS – property management system – to manage their bookings and reservations. INNsync synchronizes the CDP and all BACKoffice accounting to Touch Down’s head office in Johannesburg, while WEBsync facilitates central reservations.

STOCKmanager provides procurement and stock control, and RESTaurateur provides a touch screen points of sale system for ordering, serving, billing and payment processing. SPAscheduler manages bookings, venues and therapists for the Spa.
