CiMSO Live Mpumalanga and Eswatini 2026 brought together hospitality professionals, technology partners, and industry leaders for two inspiring days of collaboration, innovation, and shared vision for the future of hospitality management.

Building on the success of previous CiMSO Live events, these regional gatherings provided a unique opportunity for hospitality operators to connect with peers, exchange ideas, explore the latest developments in hospitality technology, and engage directly with the CiMSO team. Hosted in Mpumalanga and Eswatini, the events showcased the strength, diversity, and enthusiasm of the growing CiMSO hospitality community across Southern Africa.

From lively networking sessions and strategic updates to insightful Power Sessions and interactive user discussions, both events created an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and collaboration – bringing together industry professionals to discover practical solutions, celebrate achievements, and explore new opportunities for the future of hospitality.

CiMSO Live Eswatini 2026 Power Sessions:

  • Conferencing – The George Hotel: Siboniso and Edward shared their experiences managing conferencing operations and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Stock Management – Summerfields: Hanlie Robbertze discussed improving stock control, reducing wastage, and creating more efficient operational processes.
  • Reservations – Vakasha Lodge: This session explored the importance of streamlined reservation workflows and delivering a seamless guest journey.
  • Finance – Big Game Parks: Zweli and Sakhumuzi Khumalo shared insights into financial management practices and improving operational control through integrated systems.
