
Developing an API for hotel management software

CiMSO provides a customer-centric, enterprise resource planning – ERP – solution comprising a suite of products based on customer requirements. Today’s hotels, lodges, resorts and clubs expect connectivity and interfacing between their hotel management software and various levels of specialized services application.
CiMSO developed an application programmable interface – API – to meet this expectation, and considered the following design methodologies in the development:

CiMSO’s INNterchange Hotel Management Software API was developed using the Microservices architecture and is currently being rolled out and installed at CiMSO customers worldwide.
