A central asset console provides a fast, consolidated view of all assets, including status indicators and depreciation criteria. Advanced search functionality and filter systems allow users to refine asset views, with the ability to save filter presets for repeat operational use.

Identification and tracking

ASSETmanager supports single and bulk asset number generation, with tamper-proof barcode label printing to ensure secure and consistent identification.

Assets can be identified using barcode standards such as EAN13 and Code 128 symbologies, enabling reliable scanning and tracking across environments.

Mobile device support allows assets to be controlled and verified on hand-held devices via browser-based applications, ensuring that asset verification and movement tracking can be performed in real time across operational sites.

Procurement and approval workflows

Procurement processes are managed through a structured console that controls requisitions, orders, and purchasing workflows.

Unlimited configurable approval levels can be defined per process, with controls based on seniority or financial thresholds. This ensures that procurement activity is properly governed and aligned with internal policies.

Transactions can automatically progress from internal purchase requisition to confirmed purchase order and goods received voucher once approval conditions are met.

Document layouts are fully configurable, supporting detailed reporting and audit readiness throughout the procurement lifecycle.

Reporting and financial visibility

ASSETmanager includes a dedicated reporting console for asset registers, with financial date range filtering and configurable output formats.

Reports can be generated in multiple formats, including PDF, CSV, HTML, EMF, JPEG, and PNG, supporting both operational reporting and executive analysis.

This ensures that asset performance, depreciation, and lifecycle data are accessible in formats suited to both financial control and operational decision-making.

Security and compliance

Security is built into every layer of the system. User access is controlled through encrypted, NIST-compliant password systems, with multi-level security presets governing workflow permissions and operational access.

Activity monitoring ensures that user interactions are tracked, while safeguards against weak passwords and repeated login attempts enhance system integrity.
